About Via Nagoya

Via Nagoya helps travellers decide how to add Nagoya and the places around it to a trip in Japan: when to travel, what to do with luggage, and whether an overnight stay makes sense.

Who runs it

Via Nagoya is operated by c-fullcity. Via Nagoya is the name of this travel guide; c-fullcity is the operator behind it.

What we do — and don't do

  • We write guides that compare realistic options and state the conditions each one needs.
  • We do not sell tickets, make bookings or reserve anything on your behalf.
  • We cannot guarantee availability of tickets, hotel rooms, lockers or delivery services.

How we research

We start from the questions travellers actually ask when planning, then check the answers against official sources: the attraction's own website, railway and transit operators, and the companies that run luggage services. Each guide lists those sources and the date we checked them.

Journey times in our guides are built from the official times for each leg. Where we add a margin of our own — for changing trains, for example — we say so. Without a specific date, we give ranges rather than a timetable, and we ask you to check the actual trains for your day.

Keeping guides up to date

Ticket rules, opening days, fares and services change. We review ticket and entry rules about once a month and when an operator announces a change, and we review transport and luggage details when timetables or services change. Each guide shows when its facts were last checked and keeps a change log. If something turns out to be wrong, we correct it and record the change.
